ABOUT THE AUTHORS
María de la Luz Artigas Aspe was born in 1980 in Mexico City. He studied Graphic Design at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City. Later she studied the cooking diploma at Ambrosía Centro Culinario, and later the specialty of Mexican Gastronomy at Escuela de Gastronomía Mexicana. In 2014 she published her first book Al Carbon, since then she has collaborated in different editions with Ambar Editores such as Cantinas, Ricones de la Ciudad de México, Tartas y otras delicias y Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación, Recinto del más alto tribunal del país
